My massage with Sterling was amazing. He uses great pressure and great technique. I have chronic neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues and his technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. My experience with Sterling was very therapeutic and will provide lasting results. I highly recommend Sterling and will definitely be returning!

I asked to be scheduled with someone who was very strong and could do a deep Thai style massage. I asked not to be placed with anyone who was a light relaxation type therapist. I paid $97 for 55 minute massage that was very light due to the therapist having arthritis in her hands and being in her late 60s. When the appt ended, I immediately called the owner who had scheduled the appt. She suggested I pay to see a stronger therapist. I then asked if she would rectify the issue and she didn’t bother to respond.

Mantra Massage and BodywoRx has been a reliable source of pain relief for me no matter who I come to. The therapists there truly know their craft and seek to resolve your pain and offer solutions. For some people they might feel intimidated or uncomfortable by going to a male therapist. I urge you to think twice about this. Sterling is truly personable and listened to me about my particular chronic pain concerns with a congenital back and hip issue. He checked in with me about the pressure repeatedly and intuitively identified the pain patterns I experience. Massage is one of the things I do that allows me to function in my daily work tasks at the computer as well as enjoy outdoor activities. I'd highly encourage anyone to book an appointment with him or any of his colleagues at Mantra.

Training for a competition and had a lot of muscle soreness. I'm amazed at how Maggie made my body feel afterward. Never had a professional massage before, I was a little nervous. She was very courteous and welcoming and allowed me to get much needed relaxing and deep tissue work. I will be seeing her again in the future.

Sterling was phenomenal as always. This LMT is intuitive and instinctively knows how to work out muscles, ligaments, and tendons to max benefit. I had (quite literally) fallen on my face and could not get my migraines to subside despite repeated chiropractor visit which usually do the trick. One session with Sterling and they have finally decreased by at least 50%. He also REALLY knows the meaning of DEEP massage. So many other LMT’s seem afraid to use this technique. So glad i found Sterling! He is truly a gem….
