Went in to have my hair done walk in. Was super quick and came out nice. Lady was very nice.

I genuinely loved this place for a couple years. I got a cut yesterday and the underneath of my hair was longer than the top layer. I’ll put a photo. I called and the owner most likely answered. I ended up going Supercuts to fix what this place did to my hair because at the time I felt too nervous to say, “this is extremely uneven.” I did want a refund because I had to pay another $30 dollars for a second haircut once I had been here first. She didn’t seem to want to even talk about a refund because, “I could have come back and not had another cut at a different salon.” I didn’t want to trust her to cut it again if she messed up. I don’t think I’d ever come here again. She was nice enough, but I started to question how well she can cut hair. Edit after Owner response: I went to this salon

Made an appointment for 5 today, drove 30 mins after work, got here at 5:02, doors locked, and closed?? Hours are til 5:30. I understand it was close to closing time, but to not contact me and just close the doors… seriously? Extremely disappointed and won’t be back, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Today is September 16th 2020. I took my 16 month old for his second haircut. He was an absolute terror! He did nothing but scream and cry and move around the whole time even though he was sitting on my lap. I'm pretty sure it was the owner Kim who did the haircut, and she was so amazing! I ended up having to have her stop cutting his hair because of the temper tantrum he was throwing. But his hair looked 20 times better than it did when we walked in there! there were a couple long hairs that I told her I would take care of when he was in the bathtub and he wouldn't freak out. But all in all she did an amazing job, and even though I kept apologizing, she told me not to worry about it because she deals with it all the time from most of the toddler's that she sees. Great service. Walked right in, had a full head of hair so they had their work cut out for the,. ( No pun intended) Pleasant, professional, and fast. Oh, and reasonably priced. Men's cut is 16, but I left a good tip due to the amount they had to cut off. Definitely earned some repeat business today, see you in six weeks or so!
