Autumn's Nail Salon

I have been visiting Autumn’s Nail Salon for a gel manicure and pedicure every other week since 2015. The staff are professional, personable, and punctual. My nails and toes look perfect and I happen to love the plants and the koi pond in the space. They have curated a space that clearly showcases how much of their heart and soul the entire staff invests in their business. The space is extremely clean and sanitary and the staff even requests that every person who enters the salon washes their hands immediately before any services or polish selections begin. The staff also continue to wear masks (despite there not being a mask mandate). Jason is typically cleaning and straightening the salon in between appointments. The prices are very reasonable and my nails always look perfect. I wish

First time customer at this great place. I brought my daughter for a special girls day today to get mani/pedis and we loved it. Clean, everyone very nice. We loved the fish and all the beautiful plants also. Thank you for giving us a wonderful day.

Very chill, relaxing salon. The staff was friendly and efficient without rushing. I’m not much of a chit-chatter, so I appreciate the woman who did my mani-pedi not trying to make small talk. The price for mani-pedi was very reasonable… and it turned out looking great! (They have a huge selection of colors!!) I will definitely return the next time I need a mani pedi.

I was so Happy with my manicure last summer and was wanting to come back. Duc was amazing... so talented and such a nice person! Hoping she'll have me back!? --------- Recently I decided to get my first manicure. Autumn's Nails was Highly Recommended by a friend... so I gave it a try! First off, not knowing what to expect, it was an overall great experience. I Loved the place, I loved the staff, and I loved how the manicure turned out. Duc did my manicure, and she was so kind and gentle and obviously very experienced. I never gave my nails much thought before... so I was kind of shocked at how nice they looked when she got done. This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been too! I’ve gone to Autumn Nails for 12 years. I don’t even live in the same town anymore but I’m willing to make the drive! Their attention to detail is spectacular! They actually cut your cuticle and and spend time making sure every area of foot is perfect! The manicures are amazing too! I will never go anywhere else in the Syracuse area!! 🙌🏼
