The worst nail salon in the world! My local nailshop They tried to gaslight me as if I am the problems Bad business practices behaviors, bad nails tech all were horribles they didn’t know what service I was inquiring my nail got less than 15 hours later the gel feel off I’ve been getting my nails done since a teen I’ve had bad and good throughout the years this one have to be the worst nightmare disasters, dissatisfaction, disappointment ever experienced I am a resident of Roland park yet Ive never visited them as my local Nailshop my insight was right all along. I needed a refill for builder gel, I called first to Make they provided the service, I went to get my nails done on 10/ 3 Friday afternoon, they proceeded to do my nails as if they were working in fast chop chop factory quickly, a

THE WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!! I was DISRESPECTED and told to go to the nail salon I got my nails done prior after I went in to get a single acrylic nail fixed. THEY CROSSED THE LINE! I ended up tearing up after feeling so overwhelmed and they didn’t care. I went in to get a nail fixed and I first mentioned that the acrylic wasn’t covering my entire nail and she said “It’ll be fine I’ll file it”, then after she was done there was a gap in between the side of my nail and cuticle that was clearly visible so I politely pointed it out. She acted annoyed and rudely called someone to look at my nail. Then the manager I believe came and he said they would fix it, but the proceeded to remove the whole thing and said “Well you didn’t like it and we can’t do what you want” he the

Worst pedicure of my life today. My nails are jagged and uneven. She didn’t clean up my cuticles at all. The polish is a mess and it is gel so it was dry when I left. Oh and I think they overcharged me. What a total rip off.

This is one of the most disappointing experiences that I’ve had with a nail salon. The nail tech that did my nails was ,I guess, going for the record of fastest nail services. I got a manicure yesterday and today my nails are already chipped. The services overall was … fine, I guess. At least my pedicure turned out okay, even though that felt rushed as well (and I upgraded the package I was getting). These were supposed to be my vacation nails, but I think that I’d rather remove the nail polish and paint them myself than to walk around with this manicure.
