I purchased a full legs Laser Hair Removal package, which still had two treatments remaining. When I first called to check how many treatments I had left, the staff confirmed that I had two remaining treatments. A week later, when I called again, ready to schedule, I was told by a staff member that I had no treatments left and that my package had “expired.” This was the first time I had heard this, and I found it very confusing and unprofessional. The staff member also made personal remarks, saying I should attend every month instead of once a year, which is entirely my personal choice. I want to be very clear: I paid for this package, and the salon did not provide the remaining treatments I paid for, effectively taking money for services they never delivered. This is absolutely unaccep

Yanna is the best of the best! I had amazing experience having facial with her. I tried many different places and facial at Manthatan Spa in Sunny isles is the best. Facial includes face massage, cleaning, exfoliating, mask, red lamp light, and relaxation ❤️

I did laser CO2 for face and neck. I didn’t expect such fascinating results !!! My skin became lighter, pores are not visible, skin is much tighter !! Thank you so much for new me!!!

Great hidden gem it’s huge it has a sauna with showers and a hang out room. Went in for a lips,Botox promo and I also got Full body laser. You have to get package for the deal but you can split payments. Spa very clean and nice staff.
