Mane Street Station

I had a great experience with John at Mane Street Station and highly recommend him, especially if you have curly hair or are dealing with postpartum hair breakage. From the start, John was friendly, easy to talk to, and very collaborative. He checked in throughout the entire appointment about length, shape, and overall goals, which made me feel really comfortable and confident. He truly listened to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions without ever pushing his own agenda. I came in needing a low-maintenance haircut that would look good up or down, be forgiving of postpartum breakage, and grow out nicely without constant trims—and that’s exactly what I got. Looove this place! This is my second time going to get my hair cut cause my first time was that good. I like having John cut my hair, he sees the vision and makes it possible. Plus he’s super sweet and easy to get along with, and always ask if you like what he’s doing with your hair! Overall the atmosphere is very relaxing and chill; everyone seems to get along very well. They do have a cute little frenchie that’s there from time to time that’s very friendly. But yeah, this is my go to place to get my hair done!!

Absolutely beautiful salon with multiple highly talented stylists! I had color done a few weeks before my wedding and then had it styled the day of. I was clueless on what I wanted so she tried a couple of styles before we chose the perfect one. Oh, and did I mention I was able to get these appointments rather last minute?! I don’t know of too many salons who could accommodate a bridal styling at the last minute. And the pricing absolutely blew me away! I was totally prepared to pay double what they charged! Wonderful salon and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Easily my worst haircut in 20 years. I had to get another haircut after this one just to fix the errors. I went in recently for a haircut and had Maria. I'm not sure if she was distracted or tired but there was so many issues with my hair. My hair line on the side of my head was trimmed back to stubble on only one side of my face (which I didn't request), leaving it looking ridiculous. The side of my head has one random short spot that stands out (I assume a shorter clipper attachment must have been accidentally used at first). Around my ears was trimmed on one side and not the other and overall the hair was not blended well at all between the sides and top. The only praise I can give is the back of my neck was done well. Have been here a couple times before and had great service. Just recently wanted and ASKED for Peek-a-Boo highlights and low lights to match my natural hair that I have been growing out for 3 years. I was excited to get my hair done for school and for my birthday. Very upsetting to see the staff and owner unprofessional. I wasn't concerned about the price but they didn't do my hair the way I wanted it! Now my hair is ruined and have to seek REAL professional help to color correct my hair. Never been the type of girl to want highlights plopped right on top of my head. Again, in our option, Walmart does a better job. Going to Indulge Salon in York, PA so they can fix Tina's work. No communication, never had a problem like this before. If you are new, don't bother coming, they also don't know
