I was visiting my hometown over Christmas and my mom gifted me an intro Facial Counterstrain session at Jesus Loving Touch. Mom had a session with Tracey Eaton the week prior and absolutely loved it. I didn't know what FCS was, but I know fascia is a huge factor in mobility as we age. I was blown away by what Tracey did. She was gentle and intentional as she worked to release tight tissues all over my body. I could feel my circulation pumping & fluids releasing immediately. Not only is Tracy a true master of this craft, she is also an amazing human and it felt like I had known her all my life. I did 2 sessions last week...wish I could have brought her back to Florida with me!

I first saw Tracey after a rather traumatic birthing experience. During my labor and recovery, I was pushed, probed, and rushed. I had issues with one particular doctor who would never give an explanation or compassion. It wasn't until I saw Tracey that I realized my body was holding so much stress and pain from labor and the added trauma of many interventions. Certain parts of my body were locked into place and uncomfortable Tracey lovingly walked me through the entire process and thoroughly answered all my questions. I felt safe and secure. She handled me with care and asked if I was experiencing any discomfort as she gently nudged my body back into place. Tracey was truly professional is all aspects! She explained different things she was doing and the purpose. Definitely not a massage, but a release of points allowing the body to function.in a less stressful condition. Feeling much better today! Tracey is an absolute Godsend! I was struggling with back pain for weeks that my chiropractor could not fix - we tried adjustments, cupping, & tens machine therapy multiple times.
