Our first haircut here was great. Sammi is very talented and a capable artist. But things have changed. Not sure what is going on, but, our last 3 hair cuts were not good. Uneven cut, very little taken off, just a mess. It was so sloppy, that even my husband complained, and he rarely notices aesthetics. My husband was also angry that Sammi spent most of his time on the phone. He felt this was very rude. I asked a local mom's group about this online, and I got the same story over and over. Same complaints from them as well. I'm sorry but we will not be returning. We have found much better service at Swiss Europa Style. We also feel more heard, seen and welcomed.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. It’s easy to make an appointment online and I love how efficiently they give you a quality haircut. My hair has a cowlick in the front and I’ve always had issues with different people trying to cut it right, but Sami kills it every time.

Take my son to Ray every time and he always delivers. I didn’t even know what a low taper fringe cut. Didn’t even know what that was but my son trusts Ray and has been going to him for a while and wow did he deliver. Best barber wake forest and surrounding area!

This is the best place to get a haircut in NC. Sami and Ray both do phenomenal jobs, but I see Ray who always does such an amazing job on my haircut. Ray deeply cares about each person he cuts.

Wow. I walked in at 2:20, and I left at 2:35. I gotta admit, at first I was a little nervous with how fast he was going, but my haircut looks great! I was tired of dealing with long hair and wanted a cut that did not accentuate my receding hairline so much, and Ray delivered! He also left some extra hair up top to cover up my thinning hair on my crown (which I did not know about, unfortunately). Would go again!
