Mandara Spa

I had a deep tissue massage at 11:45 on 2/14/26. I have painfully tight muscles on both sides of my neck. She felt around and stated that the muscles were so tight that she was not sure she could help me. I said, but you could try. She began the massage and began strategically massaging various muscles in my neck and back. I thought that this was going to be a waste of money. I was wrong. By the time it was done, I had no neck pain. It's Sunday night and I can still feel relief. The best massage I've ever had. I've had over 100 massages in my lifetime. Maybe 200. She was the best!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at award-winning Mandara Spa in the Mohegan Sun Sky Tower. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly relaxed. I started my visit with the indulgence sauna, which gently eased away any tension and left me feeling refreshed. After that, I enjoyed a soothing soak in the Jacuzzi, allowing the stress to melt away as I soaked in the warm, bubbling waters. The staff are wonderful Crystal Cynthia Shanti thank you! The spa itself was disappointing, the whirlpool was not working which looks to be something that's been going on for well over a year after reading the reviews. They sent us to the hotel one which was loud and certainly not Spa like ton of people. The relaxation room was cold with no blankets available, you might want to take note from the Norwich spa and Inn who provide those in their relaxation room, couldn't really relax because there was banging from upstairs on the ceiling. Just didn't feel like a place you want to stay and relax at. Come and get your service and go The treatment room was cold as well. The lockers were small. The sauna and steam room were nice All in all.. Not a very Zen place to go

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Mandara Spa at Mohegan Sun. A few days before my appointment, I received a call letting me know that the whirlpool in the women’s locker room was broken. While that was disappointing, I appreciated the heads up and kept my appointments. However, the morning of my scheduled services, I received another call cancelling both of my appointments because the technician had called out. The only solution offered was that the receptionist got “permission” to give me access to the spa amenities. Unfortunately, with the women’s locker room whirlpool already out of service, those “amenities” were very limited. As a hotel guest, I already have access to much of what they were offering. The only available whirlpool was in the main pool area shared

Great experience. Very clean facility and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Cynthia who greeted me at the locker rooms was very attentive. My massage tech was on time, did a great job and I was very satisfied. Overall great experience at this spa.
