Lush Cosmetics Mohegan Sun

So unhappy with my Lush experience. While 2/3 of the staff member present tonight were very pleasant the 1 managers to make the entire shopping experience regrettable. Horrible customer service, both time I went into the shop tonight. I would never come back simple to avoid this extremely unpleasant employee. Lush management should assess who they have representing their store. For such expensive products I have never had such a bad experience. I couldn’t even grasp the face to face attention of the cashier when checking out and this staff member would NOT stop interrupting our interaction. 0-10 experience.

I visited Lush yesterday afternoon (11/13/2025) at Mohegan Sun and found "Annie" to be most helpful in assisting to find a skincare product for a problem that I am having. She is friendly, kind, and showed the utmost discretion. As long as I know that she is at Mohegan I will be back there with bells on! Thank you, Annie. You are as lovely as your products!

I believe her name is Jessica, I love this store and I love her😭 I’ve been to Lush close to my house and I hate it. I make my fiancé drive an hour to the casino just to go to this lush and stock up. I was really sad because we couldn’t find my let the good times roll anywhere so I call my favorite store, and she goes “we’re getting Sticky Dates tomorrow and we have the let the good times roll lotion” she put it aside for me, we woke up at 9am to get here when they open. She knew exactly what I wanted and exactly why I got the scents I did from Love Island 😭 Regardless of this experience, this is the only Lush that goes out of their way to make sure you have the full on luxury try it in store smell everything experience. It’s nice to come in to a store where they share your love, excitement

Lush will change your entire bathing experience... I can't begin to tell the multiverse of smells, textures, moisturizers, face masks, bath bombs, Eye Masks... It's unreal ... The best place for gifting or just finding something amazing for bathing, hot tub time , or just the plain old bath tub‼️For Men Women and My kids absolutely love this spot...TRY A SCRUBEE🏆🎖️💯

I just visited around 3:35 on Monday July 31 to return a defective bottle of super milk i bought last week for over $45. The sales person was extremely rude because I didn't have a reciept even though I told her I had the card I bought it on as well as the credit card statement. I had no intention to return the product as I have purchased for years from lush and never had a defective bottle before. As a tribal member I expect more. Needless to say we won't ever be back due to the disrespect. We used to have a lot of faith in this brand but defective products plus rude service plus being 8 months pregnant and having to bring my young kids back in to make an exchange is just too much.
