MANA Salon + Spa

Mana salon is special, fantastic stylists (Grace is Awesome) and a warm and welcoming environment. I’m a regular, arrived yesterday with extreme back pain, worried I wouldn’t be able to sit through hair appointment, they brought out Carissa the massage therapist who took me then and worked out the pain, so caring and professional! And I can’t forget Alicia who shaped my brows just right! Thank you Mana Team!!!!

I’ve been going to Grace Fleta for hair coloring for two year, and she has always been professional and caring. She truly puts her best effort into serving her clients and makes you feel like a friend. She’s always willing to fix any issues or address concerns, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of hair services.

Mana is sublime + top notch!! The salon + spa is a haven on a hill ~ with really cool design. I regularly book their holistic wellness experiences (the best in Nashville🌟), as well see Tony, co-owner, for hair cuts for years. Tony is a *Master of hair. Highly recommmed!

Krystal is AMAZING! Love her work! Over all the years, no one has done a better job of styling…and that’s hard to do for short hair because it means every month your stylist has to be on their game. And, we always have a blast. Lots of laughs. Lots of “real.” She’s a keeper! Love the salon too. Great feel. Everyone is friendly and upbeat. Cool vibe.

Absolutely love this salon! I haven’t tried the spa side yet but can’t wait to! Krystal is a miracle worker and particularly fabulous with curly hair. The entire staff is so nice and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend more!
