Man Up Haircuts

I came to the partner business for a gel removal ($15) and while I appreciate them accommodating me, after I left the experience was terrible. I paid my $15 and signed a receipt while I was at the business. Several hours later, I received 15+ phone calls and texts from random numbers saying that my card had been declined, and to please send money to a Venmo. I was asleep recovering from surgery when this barrage of messages and calls came in and it felt super scammy. I ultimately ended up sending the money after 24 hours when I was able to confirm I had not been double charged, but this was extremely unprofessional and there is no way I'd return here. I've been to many barbers in my lifetime but THIS is the real deal. If there was ever a salon to go to, this one's it.

Just moved back to the Richmond area in February after 6 years of living in Virginia Beach. I was really bummed to lose my old barber in Va beach and when I got here I had no idea where to go. Ended up going to sports clips on westbroad and the experience was not so great. Decided to try to find an actual barber for my next haircut and stumbled upon “Man up” got a fade haircut done while leaving the top a bit longer. The haircut was done by Paul. Best haircut I’ve had in a long time. I even came in after about 2 months of not having a haircut so I was looking rough and none of my hair was even. So glad I found this place. Only charged 25$ for a really thorough and well blended fade. Paul is the man. I will definitely be returning. 5 star business for sure.
