Malie Massage

My body has been like solid stone for years. Wasn't in a financial position to get a massage. Finally, I was able to three months ago. After researching, I found Faith whose reviews were all 5-star. She is a revelation! Over the past months, I've gone, on average, 2x a month. Somehow, she managed to soften my tightly coiled knots - aka muscles - and I could experience my body breathing again. I realized that massage isn't a luxury for people who feel stressed and anxious a lot of the time, but a necessity. Faith is really strong and she can knead your muscles until they become pliable again, After my massage last night, I felt beyond amazing! She delved into places that were so stiff, I had been numb, and made me feel like I was truly inhabiting all of my body for the first time in years.

Located inside of Foothill Gym! Malie Massage is great for two main reasons. 1 - If your a local and member of Foothill Gym (yes for me), Faith (owner of Malie Massage) is located right there! She doesn't care if you've showered or just finished a workout. She just wants to work. I personally prefer showering before any massage, I feel bad for stinking :P 2 - If you are not getting the massage you want, Faith is open to professionally communicate and do the style that fits you. This is why she advertises Custom Massages. Each person has different aches, pains, body types. FOR EXAMPLE: I really enjoy a rough back massage with forearms. Faith was not used to that, but she picked it up in the first session I had asked this. She not only picked it up but created her own style with it. Great

I cannot recommend Faith enough. It was my first time going to her and I’ve been to many massage therapists beforehand. I knew about her through the gym Ultraflex fitness. It was a great first time experience. I went to her for my shoulder I injured as well as a work injury in my low back. She’s very attentive to what you tell her and her work is impeccable. You can tell Faith loves what she does and really cares about making sure you leave better than when you came. I will be for sure a repeat customer of hers. Mahalo!!
