Rosa is a deeply gifted therapist. She is knowledgeable and intuitive. I came to her a few years after having my son I had been struggling with so much chronic pain. A two hour session helps me SO much. Grateful to have found Rosa and Arc.

Very grateful to have found this place. My wife and I started to get massages from Rosa a few months ago now. We are blown away by her experience and how well she can really assess our different body needs and tailor her massage to give us the most benefit. We’ve experience deep tissue, cupping, scrapping, lymphatic massages and a type of hammering. Her massage tables are very comfortable, as she can adjust them to decrease any strain in the lower back from laying for at least an hour. We’ve had many types of massages over the years, but Rosa beats them all. We would highly recommend Rosa and her team.

Absolutely amazing place that offers so much for healing. I just got a massage yesterday with Rosa, and I really can't thank her enough for how hard she worked on me. I have severe scoliosis and had spinal fusion surgery as a teenager so I am a little tricky to work on so it's rare I can find someone who knows how to work on my fused spine properly. She is a master at what she does and she really knows her anatomy and the places that need to be worked on to release other areas. I have not been able to fully turn my head to one side completely for a long time now until I had this massage, and now I am able to turn all the way with no problem. Truly a miracle. My energy is so much lighter today too. I will most certainly be back and include this as a regular part of my wellness routine. It's

ARC, and specifically Rosa, is phenomenal!! I cannot rave about her more or recommend her more highly. I had severe leg pain that she was able to work through via massage. I also used the red light therapy sauna and ice bath, which was AMAZING!! I didn't think I'd be able to tolerate the cold water, but I did, and it was fantastic! The sauna and bath are in the same private room, and I alternated between the two. I honestly wish I could use the sauna/bath every day! Now, my leg is so much better, and I'm walking with much less of a limp. A few more treatments will have me as good as new!

First time client, I feel amazing, my whole body feels great! I was feel born again like I’m 15. Steven was my therapist. I will definitely be back again :)
