1 Star — If I could give zero, I would. My wife had one of the worst customer service experiences imaginable at Malibu Nails & Spa, and people deserve to know how this place treats paying customers. A technician named Kelly completely messed up my wife’s nails, used the wrong color, and then—unbelievably—got defensive and started yelling at her in front of the entire salon. Instead of owning the mistake or even attempting to fix it, Kelly acted like my wife was the problem for pointing it out. When my wife tried to calmly resolve the situation, the man at the front desk made everything worse. He refused to say who the manager was, wouldn’t offer a refund, wouldn’t fix the nails, and didn’t even bother to apologize. The level of disrespect was shocking. It’s one thing to make a mistake;

Absolutely phenomenal experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt like a VIP—without the VIP price tag! Linda went above and beyond to pamper me, making sure every detail was perfect. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine care made me feel completely relaxed and spoiled. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and chic, and the quality of the work was top-notch. I left feeling refreshed, beautiful, and already excited for my next appointment. Highly recommend to anyone who wants luxury treatment without breaking the bank!

My daughter and I got manicures. She also got acrylics with some nail art. We are very happy with the quality of the work and all the techs and staff were friendly and patient with us as first timers. We were able to just walk-in and were seen right away without an appointment. We recommend Malibu and we will be back!
