Thank you so much love this place. I been getting my Eyebrows done with her sence before covit when they usto be in Pasadena Mall n now she is in Almeda Mall they offer more stuff now than before. I'll drop a pic of before and after. Thank you so much Samman.

I used to always go there I forgot her name but it's the really skinny lady she's the one that gets all the clients. i went with her for years to get my eyebrows and lashes done, no longer going with her. these last two times that I went with her she did them all ugly and I asked her if she can fix them and she gets an attitude with you. and im pretty sure she talks about me in her language because she goes off in her language. i will not be going there ever again! they lost a customer that would go there for years!

I explained to the lady who did my brows, how to do them and I specifically told her not to take out hair from the beginning of my brow, and to match my right one to my left, and she did the complete opposite of what I said and left one brow thinner than the other. On top of that she kept trying to get me to do a black head removal and facial because of my dry skin ( eczema flare up). Unprofessional.

I’ve been coming to this place since 2013, I always go with Ana. Today I requested to have my eyebrows threaded by her and she refused my service and suggested I go with a man that has never done my eyebrows. Because it was busy, I said fine. My eyebrows were grown out and full, and he still messed them up. On top of messing up my eyebrows, when I told him they were messed up he told me I was just being exaggerated… completely unsatisfied. I’ll be finding another place to get my services from. I’m very upset, the audacity to still tell me I’m being exaggerated, and on top of that he claimed to be the manager. He should be fired. Extremely inconsiderate of the clients that bring them money!!!!

I should have check the reviews before!!! But I trust these people since they do such a great job at the eyebrow threading. I was wrong. They messed up my eyebrows making one shorter than the other ! On top of that the lady offered eyelash extensions, she did them in 15 minutes and literally just glued them to my eyelids!!! I would never go back to these people. Save your eyelashes and your eyebrows!!! I don’t think they are certified!!!!! I couldn’t even close my eyes ! Horrible experience removing. I think she used super glue. So painful!!!! Do not go there!!!! Save yourself from a horrible experience!
