Makerspace at Corning Community College

Dude. This is seriously an amazing resource available to the public. People should be taking advantage of this. Not only is it a top notch facility for making all kinds of stuff but John (who runs it) has all the knowledge, expertise and patience to guide you. Sign up for a tour of the facility on their website today. Or sign up for any of their workshops, which are a great way to get in there and get familiar with some of the equipment.

The CCC Makerspace is amazing!! So cool that it is open to the public. What a wonderful resource for our local community. Check it out as soon as you can. ❤️❤️

The tote bag workshop that I attended in the maker space ignited a whole new world of creativity for me as an artist. I am so excited to return! I was able to put one of my water color paintings onto a tote bag that I’ll treasure. I’m so happy with the whole experience and how my bag turned out. Attached is a photo of the artwork that I brought and the final product of the bag. John was extremely informative, passionate about the makers space, and made the experience very accessible and interactive.

This place is amazing and offers so many unique ways to personalize and create all kinds of things...I can't wait to come back and learn more! Thank you!!!
