I received a gift card for a 1hr massage due to some intense stress in my personal and professional life. I saw Pam last evening, and she changed the way I view therapeutic massage for the better. Her personality is amazing, easy to talk to and get along with. She took great interest in my history and locating problem areas prior to even setting hands on me. When she got to work I knew I was receiving a specialized massage and not just your run of the mill fancy back rub. I appreciated her reactions to my different muscle groups, her knowledge and reccomendations for further therapy. For the first time ever i actually woke up physically sore from a massage. I'll for SURE be back!

Had pretty bad knots in my neck to the point I couldn't move my neck without having multiple spasms. Went and saw Pam to help, and I had almost full range of motion with no pain by the time i left after an hour appointment. She was absolutely wonderful and would recommend her to anyone! Definitely going to see her again!!

Renee is very professional in all her interactions. She is an amazingly knowledgeable massage therapist who truly listens to what is going on and cares about your well being. Renee is the most knowledgeable massage therapist in NY that I know! I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

Renee is wonderful! I had severe sciatic nerve issues that she was able to resolve. Her deep tissue massage involves just the right amount of pressure. She also uses essential oils in her massage oils and makes a variety of her own creams, soaps, and other products.
