Maker Junction

Maker Junction is a playground for makers and builders of all kinds. Most importantly, it is far beyond a place to build projects - it is a community space with very welcoming owners who are extremely knowledgeable and incredibly creative. Stepping into this space is entering a world of possibility - sewing, soldering, CNC, laser, 3D printing, and tons of tools at your disposal to bring your creative vision to life.

I had a truly disappointing experience here. The staff were extremely rude and uncooperative from the moment I arrived. Their attitude was dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. What was even more upsetting was witnessing or experiencing racist behavior, which is completely unacceptable and inexcusable. If I had known beforehand that this was how they treat people and that such discrimination was present, I would have never chosen to visit this place. The lack of respect and kindness has left me deeply upset, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated anywhere.

The staff that assisted our introduction to the uses of the spaces were generous , patient, and super gentle. They were absolutely brilliant mechanically and possessing of vast diverse project experience and related digital programming applications. Our guide was also artistically talented as well and thus perfect to work with creatives and sophisticated arts and craft makers. His taste for his projects was wonderful. I apologize because I forgot his name! My kids can help identify their delightful and humble teacher. Thank you, thank you , for the introduction to your maker space! I cannot recommend Maker Junction highly enough! Owned and operated by the incredibly talented Graham and Liz, this maker space truly stands out. Both owners are next-level builder and maker geniuses who have generously opened their workshop to fellow creators. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a fantastic environment for anyone interested in building and creating. Everyone here is friendly and always ready to lend a hand or share their expertise, fostering a real sense of community. It feels like a Burners Without Borders project, vibrant with creativity and soul. If you're a maker looking for a community that inspires and supports, look no further than Maker Junction. This place is a gem!

Well equipped metal, wood, electronics, and fabrication shops. At least a half dozen 3D printers that actually work. At least one laser cutter. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
