B-Side Barbershop

Been coming to Danny for a few years now and never had a better haircut. He has his own place now and this place is amazing. Music themed and chill atmosphere. This shop is an awesome environment for the prodigy of men’s haircuts to perfect his craft. Danny’s haircuts are works of art and his attention to detail is top notch. He knows the style that suits you best by just looking at you. He is someone you can trust with your precious locks. B-Side is more than a barbershop. It’s an experience that you’ll keep coming back to again and again.

Been going to Dan for like 6 years and I have zero complaints. He takes his time with his haircuts, creates a genuine relationship, and never disappoints. The new shop has an amazing vibe and service. When opening B-Side, he added Miles to his arsenal. Great addition. On top of being a fantastic barber, Miles presents great service while making great conversation. Have been cut by both gentlemen and love coming in to, not only, get a haircut, but also catch up and talk with Dan and Miles. Safe to say I'd never switch barbers, and would recommend B-Side Barbershop to everyone.

My barber, Miles, is an absolute artist. I showed him a blurry photo on my phone of what I was going for (basically “please make me look like I have my life together”) and he nailed it on the first try. The consultation was thorough but never stuffy – he actually listened, made suggestions, and explained why certain things would or wouldn’t work with my hair type and face shape. The fade is razor-sharp, the lineup is crisp enough to make a marine jealous, and the scissor work on top has texture and movement I didn’t even know was possible. Hot towel? Yes. Straight-razor neck shave with warm lather? Heaven. Shoulder massage while the steamer opens your pores? I almost fell asleep. Dan has been cutting my hair for the past 6+ years and has never disappointed. He always takes the time to make sure his clients get what they want and leave happy with their haircut. Dan and Miles both do an incredible job making you feel welcome when you come into the shop. I’m incredibly proud of Dan and the atmosphere he has created at B-Side Barbershop. I would recommend anyone that wants a great cut in a shop with great vibes to go to B-Side!

Calling all short-haired people of North Jersey! (That includes ladies with pixie cuts like myself!) This is the ONLY barbershop you’ll need to get a great cut, hear great music and feel like you’re part of a community. Miles and Dan communicate on a real level. No lame in-the-chair small talk. They care. They actually CARE about their craft. They care about you and how you feel when you walk out of the shop. I cannot tell you how rare it is in today’s world, and especially in the North East, but I have found it and I’ll be getting my pixie shaped up here for as long as I live in Jersey. Sorry, salons.
