I have already come here a few times and I am OBSESSED not only with the place but the service, people, vibe, amenities, etc. I can’t even describe how thankful I am for for finding out about this place. Whoever has never gone here is missing out on an experience that is completely life changing. I came here mostly for my hair because I am naturally blonde and I had been using black box dye for over a decade. Everyone has told me my hair would never be restored but Silvana, the owner took on a challenge and was able to restore my hair from all the damage. Then, Crystal gave me the best blowout of my life. I later went about a month later to get my nails done with both Rocio and Marnet. Rocio did the cutest polka dots on my nails. She was in charge of my manicure and Marnet of my pedicure.

My experience at this salon was disappointing and unacceptable. While the nail technician was extremely talented and did a beautiful job, the salon’s ownership and management are dishonest. When booking my appointment online, I was required to pay a $30 deposit. I was clearly told that this amount would either be refunded within 24 hours or deducted from my final bill. Neither happened. The deposit was never applied when I paid, and the money was never refunded. I contacted the salon after the 24-hour period and was then told I had to wait an additional 3 to 4 days. That was simply another excuse. The truth is that the money was never returned. This is not a misunderstanding—this is a clear case of being scammed. This salon is an absolute gem! The best color specialist. My hair has never looked so vibrant and healthy. The salon itself is beautiful, with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Their service is impeccable, and they truly go above and beyond. Bonus: they make the best coffee, and their selection of hair products is top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a five-star hair experience!
