I placed an order over the phone and was having trouble with the payment link that was sent to me, but Jocelyn was extremely helpful and attentive in helping me solve the issue. She even called me the next day to confirm that my order went through and that she’d be shipping it out for me same day. Every time I visit the location, everyone is so kind and helpful.

Came here today for my makeup kit and Antonio could not have been more patient and helpful! I got such a variety of colors and he gave me recommendations of what I would use a lot and what is not so popular. Thank you so much Antonio!!

Staff is amazing!! Love their products and it's very convenient if you want to use one of their makeup stations. I teach my one one makeup courses there for the past 7 years already and I simply love it!!!

What started as a quick errand turned into the highlight of my day - thank you V, for showing me so many new cool tricks with my makeup! I felt right at home in this judgment free safe space to talk about my skin, my makeup routine, what I felt like wasn’t working well for me, etc, and there was nothing but warmth & expertise from V - professional, kind, funny, helpful... I could go on. I walked away with a new under eye corrector that changed the game for me, some new tips for application, a few new samples to try, and I also walked away with a big fat smile on my face. I had such a great experience at this location! I am recently branching out and exploring higher quality makeup, and Make Up Forever products were recommended by the Youtube influencer I follow. Sephora was out of stock of the products I was interested in (also the line was massive and it was general pandemonium) so I came to the studio instead, and I'm so glad I did. V took care of me, helped me test products, gave me recommendations and was generally knowledgeable, patient and kind. I've been loving the artist color pencils I picked up. If you want an elevated makeup shopping experience, definitely stop by!
