I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your business. I made a $40 non-refundable deposit for a hair appointment and reached out via message two days prior to the appointment to ask a question. Unfortunately, although my message was read, I did not receive a response. Upon arriving for my appointment, I found the business closed. Despite my efforts to contact you through calls and messages while waiting outside for 30 minutes, I received no response. This lack of communication and service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
