Main Street Massage

I had a massage earlier this week from an upper body/shoulder injury. Jess got me in for a fast appointment and made a huge difference. She is extremely knowledgeable and the massage was great. I will be back and highly recommend.

I was having muscle pain from my left lower back all the way up to my left shoulder blade from what I suspect is a pulled muscle. I wasn’t sure what kind of massage I needed nor what type of pressure I needed or wanted. Jess began working, instinctively finding the trouble spots. A few times, I was still too sore so I communicated with her and she adjusted accordingly. This was my first appointment with Jess but it will not be my last!

I’ve been receiving deep tissue massages from Jess in Rowlett for a few months now, and I’ve noticed significant improvements in the stiffness of my upper back and neck. Jess is skilled at adjusting the pressure and focusing on the areas that need the most attention, ensuring that each massage strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and therapeutic benefits. Additionally, Jess is kind, friendly, and responsive, making communication and scheduling a breeze.

Jess is phenomenal! She helped get me through my last few months of pregnancy, where I was having excruciating pain. If it wasn’t for her massages, I would have been truly stuck in bed. Now I’m seeing her as my body recovers from pregnancy and it’s an essential part of recovery. 10/10 would recommend her!
