Definitely understaffed. Made an appointment for a specific time and I was ensured that the wait wouldn’t be long. Lo and behold, I was waiting for an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled time. Haircut was alright, but this establishment is severely understaffed and you will spend at least 2 1/2 hours here between the wait and haircut most days.

Fast, easy, friendly, a very nice clean up. Ty Sue. Ya all rock!!!!

Bonnie does a great job cutting our son's hair as he throws a temper tantrum. He'll get better, I'm sure. She also cuts my husband's... Luckily he doesn't throw tantrums. Always a nice job, great people, good business.

Easily the worst haircut I've ever gotten. It was a blonde lady and she did not show me the back of my hair before leaving, I should’ve been suspicious. I got home to check to see that she completely ruined the back of my hair. I looked like a clown. I regret even paying for it let alone a tip. If i could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I have gotten a good haircut from them before but this one was so bad they will never get my business ever again. Definitely recommend any other establishment.

Dolores is absolutely wonderful. She takes her time, makes you feel special. I would highly recommend her. Thank you
