Definitely a terrible service, if there’s an option to put 0, I would’ve selected it. I usually don’t leave this kind of survey but everyone must know how my experienced was in this salon. I booked my appt atleast a week before my birthday and she took me in on April 9 at 9am for full hair color with milk tea brown. I was there right on time and she was late and arrived at 9:20am. This already shows no value to clients time. I had a conversation with her how I treasure my hair so much and wanted to treat myself on my bday and of course I wanted a new look. I gave her that trust to do my hair. She started doing my hair and applied bleach, nothing was communicated on what would be the process. I'm not agree if u coming to this salon this is salon prices is low but the services it's so bad and the final my hair broken so damage hair and when she styling my hair it's not slow it's feel not comfort for me it's so sad for my hair😭
