Mai Nail Bar

Happy to add another 5 star review for Mai Nail Bar, especially for Mai. She is so talented at what she does. She is meticulous but very gentle with my hands, and really takes her time to give you what you want. I gave up on getting my nails done after the pandemic because I just couldn't find a good salon until this place was recommended to me by a friend. My nails have never looked better and I'm so grateful for Mai Nail Bar. Very friendly staff, very clean salon, very reasonable prices for Pasadena, very convenient location and available parking. What more could you ask for? 😃

This place is awesome! They totally worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and did such a great job. Complimentary rosé was just the cherry on top! Haha I'll definitely be coming back again. So stoked to show off my adorable nails on vacation!!!

I had such a great experience here! It’s so clean and beautiful inside, every single person was so nice and they did a BEAUTIFUL job on my nails! Seriously, best shaping I’ve ever had. Never going anywhere else for my nails ever again

This is my 3rd time coming to shop for Gel pedicure and I was disappointed with the service today. They’re pricey but I don’t mind paying when I’m satisfied with service. Today was mediocre and maybe because I came later in the day. There was not cutting of cuticles or removal and ingrown. I have never had to make a request for special treatment, it is part of the general service. Typically, you’re greeted and offered beverage and I even had to request this, something was off today and I will return because it may have an isolated incident. Overall , I like the overall cleanliness and services

Had a great experience today. Their receptionist was very kind and friendly upon meeting. Initially booked an appointment online for a gel manicure, but changed it to a pedicure in-person, which was no problem. Lucy, my nail tech, was so gentle and checked in with me multiple steps of the way to ensure everything was going ok. They also had complimentary beverages. The environment was very relaxing. I will definitely be making this place my regular nail salon from now on!
