My beard wasn’t trimmed evenly on both sides. When she finished I had someone else’s gray hair all over my clothing which she said the hair probably came from the cape. Definitely will not be going back.

Tell Mai how you want your hair cut and that is what you get, not what some barbers feel like cutting your hair, and her price is very affordable.

I'm a huge fan. They do excellent low maintenance military cuts. It's a friendly environment. I don't like talking during a haircut, they respect that. I've started to look forward to the scalp/shoulder massage at the end. I've never been disappointed here.

Mai does a really amazing job. She's very reasonable on her price, she always does a good job, she's very friendly and remembers who I am even when she hasn't seen me in ages. The post-cut head massage is the real treat though. I'd pay real money just for that alone. If you need a haircut and you'd like a head massage, there's nobody else I'd go see other than Mai. I can't recommend her highly enough. She's definitely one of the hidden gems of Falmouth.
