I realize that my rewiew/reply is years late regarding Terri; however, I'm unfamiliar with the characterization of Terri being unprofessional. Terri has been doing my hair since Tom Harris' days. You can't find a person in this industry who is the kindest and professional! I've witnessed Terri interact with the most unruly and rude clients. Terri has assisted other stylists with clients' concerns. She served as a leader of the various salons. I am one of those disappearing clients for various reasons, none of which had anything to do with Terri’s services! In fact, I'm looking for her now! So, I'm sorry, Ms. Disgruntled. You missed out on a SUPERB human being, and excellent hair stylist in the person of Sherice “Terri” Drye! Darlene Wilson

My hair is healthy and always looks beautiful when I visit Paulette She has been taking care of my hair since 1999... The shop is always clean and plays great music. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for great hair care. P.S. Paulette is great with color!

I cannot speak for the salon as a whole (because they are all independent contractors), but I will say if you want quality customer service and professionalism do not go to Terri. She was extremely unprofessional and made it known she did not care about my business. I talked with her about a appointment over the weekend for that following Wednesday. She told me to text her which I did on Monday. I asked her to give me an estimate she responded by telling me she only accepts cash. So I asked for an estimate AGAIN because this day and age who carries cash. I didn't want to sit in her chair not knowing how much my hair was going to be because I'm one of those people that doesn't carry cash. I asked her if that was the salon's policy or her personal preference; she responds by saying "my polic

My loctician Billie Monique is AWESOME she does an excellent job...and the salon has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They have a great barber as well..Billie is a talented stylist and does it all.....if you want it done right, stop by and ask for Billie...
