Heidi and her whole team are incredible. I’ve tried multiple places in Portland and they continue to outshine the others not only in the clean, meticulous work they do but with how friendly they are. I came in for a dip repair on one nail that chipped after only a few days (this has never happened before). Heidi insisted on not only fixing the nail but giving the rest a fresh top coat to look brand new - and refused me paying for any of it! Outstanding customer service, gorgeous work, I won’t be going anywhere else :) thank you!

I've been a few times and worked with different techs. All of the techs are so sweet and detail-oriented. I get gel-x and the initial application and fills have been super clean and pretty. They really hear me when I sat i want neutral clean nails, which is a challenge with gel-x to not have them be see-through! I think nail prices have gone up in general, and the days of $30 fills seem to be in the past, but for the quality I actually don't mind. Lucky to have this spot in the neighborhood. (Reference photo attached so you can see Heidi's magic) Also, honorable mention, this salon has the cleanest technique I've ever seen. They use fans to suck in the nail filings and they visibly clean all the nail tools and surfaces before using them. Love to see it!

Every time I get my nails done here I’m so happy! Everyone is so nice and Heidi does great nails. They last me at least 4 weeks 😊
