Magic Nails

Overall a disappointing experience. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I asked for an ombré with a simple moon and star design. They were not able to do either request and I left with one color and no designs. They did not do any cuticle care or skin care for either hands or feet. No tools were used other than a nail file. They simply applied polish and simple lotion. They charged me $95 and expected a tip, which I paid, because I always do.

Once or twice every year I'll pop in here. A place where it once had the highest quality of manicures and pedicures however This these last few times for a manicure. I was highly disappointed and angry. As of yesterday, I vow completely to never again get a manicure here and this is why.... I walked in at 6:15 6:30 on a Thursday. It was empty. I got the man the only man as I did last time and I showed him a pack full of press-on nails that I want him to have as a guide, how I want my nails to look like. Needless to say this manicurist is the most terriblest I've ever encountered. Not only does he not know how to make your nail bed longer, he doesn't know how to shape it and he definitely doesn't know how to place the acrylic onto your nail so it's level and natural looking. I was just looking online to make an appointment to get my nails trimmed. My wife and I are leaving for Greece on boats and my nails look terrible I’m a guy Who works out really doesn’t pay much attention at all to my feet until my wife says you’ve gotta get those things cleaned up. So whenever i go to the nail salon I’m always very impressed with their meticulous attention to detail and they do a great job for hardly any money. I did notice online someone with a area of pus at the edge of the nail, and that person felt that this was related to the salon /some sort of infection. That’s really not the case although I can understand someone getting that impression. I wanted to love the place I’ve never been here before it was my first time. I was running errands and it was a convenient. Location it started off really well until it was time to paint my fingernails. The most I’ve ever paid for a Mani and a pedicure plus tip they seem very bothered as I am not a high-roller tipper compared to the rest of the community in this area. My fingernails are overfilled with nail polish. I will have to go home and get a cuticle remover to remove the extra polish around my nails really looks like I painted my nails at home. I really wanted to love the place but now I will just go to my regular sport.

Great experience. My nails and feet look great. I can't remember the first lady who attend it me. (Must find out her name). I was treated with so much gentleness. She kept asking if I was ok as I have pain. So this is my new nail place. Photos are 1 week after and feet are soft and smooth pretty, neon green pretty nails. 👍🏽Recomend.❤
