Magic Massage

Terrible experience; I have been a regular customer at this establishment, visiting for a massage at least two to three times a month. I have consistently chosen this place because of the quality of service provided. However, my experience today was highly inconvenient and uncomfortable. The therapist insisted on a higher tip, despite the fact that tipping is not mandatory. To make matters worse, a man intervened in a very rude manner, pressuring me to tip more and accusing me of not tipping at all. This is far from the truth, as I have always tipped near 30% . This experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should never be treated in such a manner. It was a really bad experience. My lower back was hurting so I thought a massage would help. I asked for a deep massage 90 minutes. Before I could even get out anything else she said 20% tip mandatory. And I said OK. I usually tip more than that but if that's what's mandatory that's what's mandatory. I had to pay for the massage before getting it. I've never had that happen ever anywhere in my life. Then she takes me to the back room leaves me there and tells me to get undressed no sheets no anything. My deep tissue massage was a body rub. I wasted a $120.

The massage was good, but she left the room twice when the phone rang or the door opened, so I was left just lying there. At the end I offered a $10 tip (which seems reasonable for a $60 massage), and she made a sour face and asked for more. I would like to be able to go back because, as I said, the massage was good except for the interruptions, but insisting on a bigger tip made the overall experience much less satisfying than it should have been.

first the people I seen on the site where I heard about this said there were people in there 20s working there. I was pressured into giving a larger tip than anticipated. I showed the masseuse I had cash for a tip. when I gave a 10 dollar tip she said in not suchange nice way "no, more" her phone kept going off the entire time so it wasn't at all relaxing. last she cut the hour session by 20 minutes. I will never come here again.

This place is amazing! Beautiful atmosphere and talented massage. I have been going to there the past few months for therapeutic massage. They know how to address all the deep knots and kinks on my back that I have carried for years and I can actually feel the relaxation and improvement after. Highly recommend!
