I had the BEST experience with Drew! I got a BBL facial a few weeks ago, and from start to finish she was so kind, knowledgeable, and gentle. She explained everything thoroughly, made me feel completely comfortable, and was so attentive throughout the entire process. Been almost 2 years since I started going to Maeva. I’m super happy with how much time is taken to hear me out and access my goals for that particular appointment. I never feel rushed and every appointment is different. I used to go to another place in Austin for 10+ years where every single appt we did the exact same amount of botox every 3 months and never reaccessed my actual needs. It was just a copy and paste situation where my face was over treated and so was my wallet. I NEVER feel pressure to do more at Maeva. I love Adriana and Shaelyn and trust their work!
