I took my girlfriend here for a new years eve couples spa day. I was a little worried going for the first time with a lot riding on the special day. I was very pleasantly surprised how professional and accommodating the staff was. I enjoyed my reflexology, body scrub, and massage very much. My girlfriend enjoyed her reflexology, and massage but was a little underwhelmed by the facial. She felt it could have been more thorough. After body scrub and facial we were sat in a sauna and then went to the sitting room with snacks, tea, and wine before our massages. we didn't feel rushed at all even though I'm sure they wanted to enjoy the holiday themselves and not be at work. over all very enjoyable experience and we will be back during our next NYC vacation.

I could go on and on about how much I love this place! I had the best facial of my life here. I kid you not when I tell you my skin was GLOWING after Irina's treatment; which included ultrasonic dermabrasion, a cooling mask, oxygen rejuvenation, manual cleaning of my pours and a massage from the chest up. My facial from beginning to end was over an hour and a half long. I felt extremely relaxed, my skin looked amazing and I received compliments for days after the fact. I can't wait to return!

My wife went to this spa on 7/6/12 and raved about her experience. She said the facial was the best she had ever experienced - over an hour long. I treated her to the Summer in the City package which she said was well worth it (facial, hot stone massage, sauna, reflexology, head massage, chocolate wrap all for $205). She and I will be going back together for the couples package of pampering.

The friendliest customer service and atmosphere I have ever seen. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday for their couple massage package. They were treating him like a king, just because I called in advance and told them about his birthday. I also got special testament. When I ask about how long we can stay there, the lady told me it would take about 2 hours, but they let us stay as much as we like in sauna and No one rushed us for drinking wine, so we stayed as long as we wanted in a Victorian style private room enjoying complimentary wine, tea, Champagne and chocolate before we go for the next treatment. I thought the complimentary wine is just one glass so I asked if I can take my wine there, and they said absolutely, but the had 3 bottles of red, white and champagne and a good vari

Came for a couple's massage package (candlelight side-by-side massage, hot stone treatment, sauna, facials, body scrub, tea/wine/chocolate at the end). The experience was excellent! It's expensive, but the quality is high, the staff are friendly, and you get a lot for what you pay. Great for a special occasion.
