Krystal was my stylist today. I didn’t have a direct idea on what I was wanting. Krystal gave me great guidance based off my skin tone and what my hair was needing. She was very kind and helpful! I am so happy with the results feeling confident and beautiful again

I went there to get some highlights for my upcoming birthday photos. I was traveling out of the country to celebrate so heard about their products so decided to go in spite of the 3 star rating. I always like to form my own opinions. Well the girl that did my hair was so nice I won’t mention her name because she was so sweet but my hair was a disaster the color came out too dark she left the bleach too long and my hair was fried. I found spots of highlight not the full strand, just a spot. They tried to help and I went back. They did treatments to help the fried hair. Even the manager helped but they left a huge amount of conditioner in my hair I couldn’t even dry it. Even though they didn’t charge, I would think not, I just left tears in my eyes because this was going to be a special birt

Definitely just got discriminated against. I had asked them a week ago if they cater to black people hair and they said yes. They even have black people on their pictures but that’s not the case. I took an uber to their place only for them to say they basically dont do all over color which was the request they had as an option on their site. A bunch of incompetent fools and I’m glad I save my money cause I honestly read their reviews and can’t be happier. I also felt it was weird that I saw a customer drying her own hair. Like what’s even th point of running this company at all if you to the service by yourself. Definitely read the bad reviews and ignore the facade in their pictures

My 5 year old took scissors to her bangs, you could only imagine how that turned out. 🤦🏼‍♀️ they were so amazing and got us in at the last minute to fix it. Noelle was so kind with skills to match! She was such a pleasure that not only will she be my daughter’s new stylist but she will also be mine! Everyone that works here are too kind and can meet all you cut and color needs. I highly recommend!

When I came in, the environment felt cold and uninviting. The person assigned to me was very young and mentioned he doesn’t do color yet, only root touch-ups. I agreed, but the service was messy the color wasn’t cleaned off my ears or forehead, and I had to wipe it off myself. It also stained my skin. I asked to see the back of my hair and the entire salon couldn’t find a mirror for me to check it, which felt very strange and unprofessional for a Southlake salon. My hair wasn’t dried properly after washing, it wasn’t combed through, and the brush he handed me was dirty. Overall it was awkward, disappointing, and definitely not the level of service I expected. I’m normally a very generous tipper, but I only paid what was due which still felt like too much for the quality of service I rece
