Madison Nail Lounge

Amazing experience overall. Beautiful place, kind and professional staff, perfect nails! Tropical music and videos were playing making the perfect atmosphere for my appointment. I got a birthday discount on top of the already fair pricing. After my manicure was finished and I was waiting for my group, I was allowed to sit in the unused massage chairs which was a great plus! They also validated my parking! Will be returning for sure!

So I never get to do anything for myself, as a full time worker and mom. I decided I wanted to get my nails done and picked Madison Nail Lounge, as their reviews were great! Boy, did they exceed my expectations. Every nail salon I’ve been to prior has been “meh” BUT Madison Nail Lounge is GREAT! It’s clean, great atmosphere, extremely friendly people - I love going there! Sofie did my Gel fill this time, she may be new, as another employee was explaining something to her in the building that made it seem like she was a new employee. Well, Sofie was SO great. She was gentle when doing my fill, didn’t rush, and was very particular with my nails & polka dot designs. Not only that, she was super sweet & kind! We had an amazing experience here for my sisters birthday and I love my nails. They were able to get four of us in for mani and pedis day of, and they turned out amazing, it was a relaxing nail day and the entire staff was very accommodating and friendly, will definitely be coming back again!

This is my first nail experience since being a student at UW Madison and I would have to say it has been my best nail experience yet. My nail tech, Charli, was so nice and willing to work with me even when I messed up and didn’t get my thumb in the UV light (i’m so sorry, Charli). She was so nice and my nails are such high-quality. I truly love them. Will definitely be back.

I didn’t have time till today to finish this. We have been here a couple of times when I come to visit my daughter but unfortunately this last experience raised several concerns. There are multiple things in the salon that appear to be broken or poorly maintained. The chair in the waiting area has a broken back that is taped over with cardboard. The pedicure massage chair was broken and kept jabbing you in the back even when the massage feature was turned off. The footrest felt like they were about to break, and sometimes the rollers on the nail station chairs get stuck when they are moved. That’s a lot of equipment issues that haven’t been corrected in two months since my last visit. My daughter came in on Friday in the middle of a mess.
