Victoria and the team did an amazing job in helping my wife find the perfect look. The atmosphere is great and very welcoming and everyone is involved in the process. Ashlie exceeds all expectations. She takes the time to understand what you want, explained each step, and makes you feel completely comfortable. The color she does is gorgeous, the cuts are perfect, and you left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented and caring professional!

Went in for a partial highlight, and came out with darker hair all over and an extra charge for whatever Stela mixed up to try to fix the mistake. They get one star for the comfortable shampoo bowl I had to spend extra time sitting in.

While I was visiting Jacksonville a month ago, found this place by randomly searching online since I was in a much needed hair cut and treatment and I'm SO GLAD to have found this location because not only did I leave with one of the best hair cuts and with my hair feeling incredibly soft, but the staff are some of the sweetest and attentive ever! Felt so relaxing to have my hair cut and washed, I even came back a second time for a blowout! I had the pleasure of Victoria working on my hair and she was the best!!
