Madalaine is an incredible facial/cleaning experience. The amount of care, precision, and attention you get here is unparalleled. Sure, you’re in a room with other people getting their faces done, but honestly that contributes to the fun! I go for a cleaning and the entire thing takes about 2.5 hours. Judy, Marta, Rima and the rest of the crew and are true magicians! The drying lotion and toner they make themselves are also amazing and very effective. I recommend going a couple of days before any big event to give your face some time to calm down.

This place is honestly horrible and I felt compelled to write this review because never have I had a more negative facial experience. Putting aside the poor practices and hygiene at this establishment, the technicians are not professional at all. I came in for a standard facial, and now here I am a month later with a huge scar on my face. I noticed the roughness during my extraction but I was assured by the facialist that she knew what she was doing. After 10 minutes of her attacking just one pimple on my face, she also poured alcohol all over it causing burning and even more discoloration. Here I am a month later still tending to this scar on my face with scar cream every day and there is no sign of lightening. Bare bones place but the facials are the best; waxing and tweezing included . If you don’t mind being in the same room while others are getting facials, not a private spa experience but conversation is often lively and I always leave with my skin glowing. Expert aestheticians. More recently priced have hiked up quite a bit so more competitive with more private facials.

My mom has been coming here for over 50 years! Madelaine is my comfort zone; the only place I get a facial and eyelash tint!

for over 45 years Madelaine Cosmetology has taken care of and managed to preserve my face and skin along with fabulous pink cream every night. Love love love this place and all within. Thank you.
