I had such a great experience at Macy’s thanks to Bessy in the fragrance department. She provided amazing customer service and was incredibly patient with both me and my boyfriend. She was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and gave us great options without ever being pushy. She also had an incredible sense of style and a confident, polished look that really stood out. Her professionalism and kindness made our shopping experience truly enjoyable.

Came in to try on sunglasses to buy a Christmas gift. Full intentions to buy something, not just trying on to be annoying. Sales associate interrupts conversation I was having w my family to tell us they would like us to place the sunglasses we try on on these trays above the displays. Totally ok, we nod and acknowledge her. We all separate and start to look. These two young children were screaming and wrestling which literally filled the whole room with noise. One of the kids was screaming to a point where he seemed in pain. Truthfully, it distracted me while I was trying on a pair and I set it down in the display. My experience with Macy’s Furniture in Monterey has been an absolute nightmare that has lasted months. I ordered a sofa months ago, and they have managed to send the wrong item twice. The first delivery was a "hit and run." We told the driver the sofa was incorrect and not to leave it. He lied to our faces, saying he was just moving the truck so a neighbor could get their car out—then he simply drove off, leaving a massive white sofa I never ordered sitting in my wine room. When I called Macy's, the salesperson actually had the audacity to threaten me, saying I "better be careful" not to damage the wrong sofa or I wouldn't get my money back.
