Steph is absolutely the best barber. She is incredibly talented at what she does, always consistent, and truly takes pride in her work. I always leave her chair looking and feeling my best. Stef is the real deal! Best haircut I’ve had in a long time. Stef listened to what I wanted, paid attention to every detail, and the cut came out flawless. The shop was clean and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be a regular!

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at Macs Barbershop . Our visit ended with the staff denying service to a special needs child despite us calmly explaining the situation Rather than showing patience or understanding they were combative and aggressive . There was no effort to offer a reasonable alternative or show basic compassion. Business that are open to the public should be prepared to treat all customers with signify including children with disabilities. This experience left us feeling embarrassed, hurt and excluded Until this business demonstrates better training , awareness and empathy towards individuals with special needs I cannot recommend and instead warn others ! Avoid them !

𝓢𝚝𝚎𝖋 is an excellent barber and person, who genuinely listens to what you ask for. If you’re unclear, she will ask for more information so that it’s the correct haircut for you, something that all too often is missed by other barbers. Five stars!
