I came to her 6yrs ago to start my loc journey. This time around I wanted to be fully natural no more hiding my Grey hair and she was able to match my hair perfectly. My locs look great. She's very kind and professional!

I booked my son’s loc installation over a month in advance, quoted 60 locs, and paid the required deposit. I later realized he has 64 locs — I’ll take responsibility for that miscount. However, even accounting for those 4, she STILL showed up with fewer than 60 prepared and had to make more from scraps off the floor. For a booked-in-advance appointment, that was my first red flag. His appointment was April 5th. That morning, I got a message saying she would be 30–45 minutes late. My son’s natural color is around a 4, and she told me she would match using colors 2/3… yet multiple locs were installed using jet black color 1 — a totally obvious mismatch. Very happy with the service and way my dreads came out. I went for a retwist and Latoya is very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of everything that I asked and more. I’d definitely recommend her if you’re looking for braids, dreads, or any sort of styles for hair!
