MAC

I came into the airport and they lost my bag and I needed to go to a meeting via zoom and I looked like a hot mess, and I walked in and Conner was absolutely amazing! First of all the brows are amazing but he came in and helped me get what I needed to look and feel amazing!! Great customer service and so pleasant! This is how we need more representatives to be!! Had so much knowledge about what Mac had to offer and showed me product I had no idea about! Thank you so much Conner!!!

Lorraine is an absolute gem! I was having a bit of a self-conscious moment with my skin today so I stopped in for a light powder (is this a thing?) I was anxious because I know nothing about makeup but really wanted to cover some blemishes and she was the most helpful, non-judgmental person. 10/10 for the way she greeted me and unquestioningly assisted me!

It was an absolute pleasure meeting and having Nick and Helena assisting and teaching me new improved application kills and goods. They are amazing and Nick most definitely knows his ways around makeup and brushes. He’s the best!!

I’ve shopped there two separate layovers. Great experience both times. Both people that helped me were very friendly and eager to help me find just the right thing. I’ll shop there every time I’m trapped in that airport.

Stopped in during my layover Terminal A SLC, needed to pick up primer was so excited to see a MAC, I walked in the associate didn’t say anything no hi I will be right with you, which would have been understandable as he was the only one in there and someone was at the register…but nothing not a hi 👋🏽 are you looking for anything in particular…had he asked I would have said primer and that was that I have been shopping at MAC FOREVER and never had such an experience highly disappointed 😔
