MAC

Jenna from MAC was so awesome and extremely helpful! I was looking for the perfect lip combo for my brown skin and Jenna was so patient by helping me find a lip liner, lipstick and lipgloss that all works together for a holiday, ombré look (see image)! She’s super kind and I insist requesting her when you’re at Macy’s MAC at Newpark Mall. There was another worker there who was very unprofessional and she got upset around me and another customer when Jenna was helping me, I didn’t get her name but I’ll try to get it;she was slim and had her hair in a bun. Jenna also informed me how I qualified for a free holiday gift for my purchase, super sweet (see image)!

Went in looking to buy foundation and primer. I walked over to the registers where two girls were talking I said excuse me I’m looking for a certain foundation and one girl got an attitude and showed me two colors and had me put on the foundation myself (anywhere else I’ve been they have done it for me) and proceeds to tell me after asking If they have one of the colors is not in stock. So I said I’d take the other color and asked about a primer and she just ignored my question and just rang me up. Will definitely not come back to this MAC.

Bought mac cosmetics from mac macys. I got rashes on my face lots of pimples I didn’t like the products i bought… have to return them asap👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I strongly recommend not to buy any product from them again because they are not good for skin care products Very sad to say that I don’t Like them and they are very bad👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The reason why I give them 4 stars is because the two times I been here getting my make up, I loved the outcome. Yes it’s very busy, But it’s worth it. I plan on going back to them this month for my bday. Can’t wait.

No respect for the customer they just keep them waiting and chit chatting no one comes forward to help....
