I’ve been standing here for 30 minutes now and haven’t seen an employee working yet. It’s now 6:35 pm. Would like some help here.

I was informed that this location does walk-ins so I came and the employee told me to wait till she was done with the current customer. So I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. Once she was done she told me that she was booked for the day and couldn’t fit me in. I told her I needed a quick fix and she said there was nothing she can do and told me I could go to other venders. I prefer Mac products because they don’t irritate my skin. I rather not buy any makeup then sit a an hour just to be told to use other company’s products. I feel bad for the previous customer because the employee was not professional at all; the customer kept complaining about her eyes after the employee applied the makeup because she applied too much mascara. My visit was June, 2021 to the Mac boutique inside of Macy's at Town Center Mall. My experience was very pleasant and my representative was (Milka) who greeted me with such a pleasant welcome and apparently 'Milka' could see that I was having discomfort with back issues and she immediately seated me which I definitely appreciated. I didn't have to walk around searching because my profile registry helped with one item, however, I wasn't sure on a 💄so (Milka) listened patiently to my description of product and proceeded to bring a variety of shades she felt I would like, and she was right. I was able to select from the many colors and made my purchase.
