MAC Cosmetics

I went into the mall to the Mac counter I was browsing eyeshadows and lipstick. Pamela and were Jess very helpful. Showing me the different color eyeshadows, that would help my eyes pop with color. They also convinced me to try a liquid lipstick, I’ve never liked liquid but this red was beautiful and the color last all day. Will definitely be coming back..

Pamela was very knowledgeable and helpful in me finding my correct match for foundation and also gave me info on applying and blending the products. She was very knowledgeable in the how's and why of makeup application. Overall, it was a very good experience, especially since I do not wear makeup often. I actually wound up buying quite a few products.

Much better. I enjoy going to this mac counter inside of Macy’s at Woodbridge mall. The staff is not only kind and welcoming they are knowledgeable! They inform you on the various products as well as how they work and apply. This store used to be a little rough like many past reviews say. However it’s is much better now and I enjoy going too.

Nasty and rude service. Would never shop there again. Manager is also awful. I waited in line for 30 min plus because they kept letting "their" customers cut me. When I pointed it out they turned a blind eye and pretended it wasn't happening.

Went to get my makeup done on 3/12/22. My appointment was at 11 am. The lady was very nice and trying her best but I was there until 12:30 and she was still just on eyes. She didn’t even touch anything else on my face. Her eyeliner was jagged and she said it was Bc the bottle was running out. She put the lashes on backwards like 3 times and kept having to rip Them off. And she didn’t even notice until I pointed it out each time. And then said it was a messed up package (but it wasn’t). And she tried to fix a wing liner by rubbing it with a tissue then putting eyeshadow over it and obv you could still see it.
