The manager Trish is very professional and a lifesaver. I went to go get my make up done because I was going through a bad break up and she made me feel so beautiful!!! Throughout the day I received a lot of complements. Definitely will be a returning customer forever.

Tricia did my makeup for a wedding yesterday. I showed her the color dress I was wearing and told her to do what she thinks would look best. She ROCKED it! Out of my comfort zone but I loved my look and she was the sweetest! Thank you!!!

Extremely unprofessional. Lie about having a client coming in. I was in the mall for four hours waiting to make a large purchase and get my makeup done. I made an appointment however, I told the associate that if anyone canceled could you please call me. When I showed up and the manager was there she was willing to do my makeup. All of a sudden she was pleasant. I am very disappointed and disgusted I will never ever shop at Mac inside Macy’s store again I will either order my products on Macy’s online or go to the one in New Jersey .

Cari did my makeup for my wedding and did an excellent job-- She listened to my preferences and mixed it with her expertise. My makeup came out perfectly for my big day!
