Love this place! I've used a bunch of laser places and this is by far the least painful. Kristine is wonderful and the front desk always returns my calls within the hour. I come in from Jersey to do my laser here since I've never had a better experience. Thank you guys for everything!❤

I give this rating because of the amount of hair growth I had after my sessions. There is a lack of organization that occurs there, meaning, they don’t have a chart with your personal information, they don’t discuss what levels you are being treated with, and nobody keeps track of the amount of sessions you have left! I have called numerous of times to schedule appointments and nobody answers the phone. Even after leaving messages, your phone call won’t be returned. I eventually switched places and am seeing an excellent results. This is how I know this place was a scam.

After the last session of my pre paid package was over THEY TELL ME I OWE THEM ANOTHER $100 BECAUSE SHE DID MORE WORK ON ME THAN THE PACKAGE ALLOWED. I was confused at what she meant... At the time i was in a rush CZ I had a sitter waiting for me so i told her i wanna buy another package since we still have a lot more work do to and of course I wanna discuss the $100. I would never wanna owe someone money! I CALLED HER ONCE, TWICE, THREE TIMES IT TOOK A FEW DAYS UNTIL THEY CALLED BACK (THAT WAS THE NORM WHEWHENE TRYING TO REACH THEM) to schedule another package and discuss the $100. I was ready to come to an agreement despite I thought it was rediculous for me to pay another dime. The $100 is neither gonna make me poor nor rich! I felt it wasn't right of her in any way to touch my body or

I honestly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone there customer service is horrible they never pick up phones or call back. And after finishing all my sessions I didn’t see any difference from B4 I went and when I told them about it they acted very rude and slammed the phone on me.

Going for laser for a while there. The nicest staff and the most welcoming atmosphere. They're spray tans are awesome too.
