MAC Cosmetics

Confused my apt with the Macy’s counter but was still able to be seen. Scheduled two 30 minute and one 45 minute makeup session for my daughter’s 21st birthday visit to Nashville. The ladies here were very nice. They did great work, were engaging, professional, and a delight to work with. We range in age and makeup experience, one newbie, but all three loved the experience.

Lora has done my makeup here 3 times now and I have absolutely loved it each time! She’s the best!

Jessie helped me find the exact brushes I needed and helped me select the best colors. The store is organized and it was easy to find what I wanted. Thank you!

My experience at this store has always been so-so but that is beside the point, I came to this location because I had planned on having dinner with my partner at a restaurant nearby- I had stopped by the store first before heading to our reservation but the store was closed due to the employees being on lunch. When I had finished dining with my partner I came to check if they had the products I wanted in stock but the store was still closed. I checked on google to make sure of the store hours and it had stated that the store should be open. Unsure as to what occurred but it has been two hours and the store is still closed.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest ladies! Rose who helped me find a lipstick color I wanted was a gem. She is so kind and helpful. Thanks guys! 🩵
