Went in requesting a last minute make up look for a wedding (booked a day before). Rachel was super accommodating and upbeat! She was able to give me the look that I wanted and also gave me recommendations. It was a very pleasant experience. I would totally recommend having your make up done by Rachel.

Made an appointment about two weeks in advance. It was my second time so I requested the same young lady who had done my make up previously and did an awesome job. Which is why I decided to return. I asked for a specific time and was told they had a huge wedding party coming in at the time and could not a cómase me. So I took the earlier time. I arrive at my appointment and I’m told the young lady who I schedule with is not there. No phone call in advance to inform me so that I can make a decision as to whether or not I wanted someone else to do my make up. I had a major event that evening. Mind you I have spent so far roughly about $300 in make up there. I will never return and spend my money there as they do not value their customers. Makeup is like a hair appt.
