MAC Cosmetics - Macy's

I hadn't been at a MAC counter in years, but today, I was fortunate enough to be at MAC early and at a time when there was minimal waiting. The representative who helped me knew what she was doing. She was able to define my skin tone visually and without error. I have been consistently given the wrong color foundation and concealers by experts in other lines. That did not happen today. I was simply there to purchase what I believed I needed, and instead, l was given the correct shade of concealer. I was looking for corrector, but the best and correct color of concealer can often eliminate the need for corrector. The concealer worked because the representative got my color right - meaning my undertone and my overtone. I had failed to get this right from home using the new try on method o

Thank you, MAC, inside of Macy's! This company has a winner on its team. I believe her name was Vanessa, and she was so lovely and helpful. Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of getting a quick tutorial on how to apply natural coverage for the complexion. I wanted something simple to blend and cover my blemishes. Vanessa took her time and explained the different products and their uses. Everything came out so cute and natural. She made my day. This Mom needed a little help, and you did that. I smiled Sal day!! Edit : Came back again this month for birthday make up and products. This time Kay helped me and when I say these ladies are the best I truly mean it. They do their best to bring in share you are a happy customer. My goodness you even leave with a boosted mood and confidence.

I dislike this place so much, the females that work there have attitude, they help the people that only buy a lipstick or nothing at all. I go buy $200 dollars or more worth of make up and have to beg them to help me. I gave up, this store has the worst customer service ever! All they concentrate on is if their makeup on their face is good, looking like clown's there you stuck up females!

Me and my 3 sisters came to the Mac section of Macy’s and had a beautiful experience all thanks to Jesse. He was so helpful in helping us choose our foundation colors, blush, highlighter, and eyeshadow that we all purchased. He deserves recognition because he went above and beyond for us and everyone else that asked for help. Thank you Jesse.

Very poor customer service. I literally had to ask for help. One ugly employee had the nerve to look me up and down. I guess my appearance ( sweats , T shirt and Uggs) wasn't up to par. Well, ugly employee... I'm a Bestselling Author with several books and a play. Rude wanna be somebody but isn't
